This turbo does not require the same boost pressure as high as the stock turbo to produce the same power output which is definitely promising. I also have some fabrication work done to the intake pipe tubing as per Turbokits.com recommendation.
Hey Omar! What did you do on the intake?

Well, although you may be able to buy new cold air intake from the market, but the intake tubing pipe from the turbo inlet does not come with it.
To be specific, it is the pipe that your pcv hose comes to and there is one sensor there.

So I and Turbokits.com had this idea for very long now but these sensors stopped us from doing it,

Finally i decided to go ahead and do it with all the way 2.5 inches tubing and eliminated the bends to smooth the airflow to the inlet of the turbo,

The pick up is really fast, Turbokits.com should come up with this product soon . NO CEL LIGHT

Yes, we should all thank Omar for taking the plunge ahead of the curve for the whole market. Everytime we come up with a new part for us to test and have it ready to install, he wants it first and I can't think of a better test bed than Oman with their crazy hot climate

This is what the prototype looks like, of course Turbokits.com will have a better one coming out

Catch Cans always help, too much oil in the system does hurt the efficiency of the compressor as well as heightens the detonation threshold. However, venting to the atmosphere I don't think anyone would want their fairly new Mercedes to smell like oil. So a recirculated catch can would be our suggestion.
