CLA250 Brake Pad Sensor

This is a discussion on CLA250 Brake Pad Sensor within the CLA General Discussion forums, part of the Mercedes-Benz CLA Forum category; Definitely only one sensor in front. Of all the brake parts it is the cheapest. I picked one up for 7.20. Doesn't seem worth reusing ...

Looks like someone in the brake rotor business is gonna have to go back to school on this one ... from warped to cracked rotors and with such high frequency of occurrence in this forum alone.
Now I have never experienced one in 36 years of driving all sorts of cars in all sorts of conditions (knock on grey cast iron!) though I am hoping for the best with my 2014 rotors. ;-)

    12k warranty on rotors

There should be a 12K warranty on dealer replaced OEM rotors AFAIK. Would not help at 36K :-)
So far my Brembo replacements are holding up great, no trace of vibration, my brakes are
smooth as silk. I have not had a problem for over a month, I _almost_ like this care again.
