Hey guys so I started to notice this odd rattle sound coming from the car around 2000 rpm. I'm posting a video hope anyone can help.
It started last night, then I drove the car this morning it was gone and then it started again after driving a few miles.

So after a day at MB dealership they were unable to figure out what the problem was . I luckily found some YouTube clips and some people talking about the turbo heat shield . So the technician went out for a drive w me and agreed that now he actually heard the sound which he hadn't heard in the garage cause they never drove the car
I showed him the video and he tried pressing on the heat shield and the two bolts and seemed to lessen the noise so he is gonna open it up tomorrow. So let's see what happens ...
but while they were looking under the car they felt the exhaust valve was open midway and did something to it and it actually feels like there is less sound coming from the exhaust which kinda sucks :/ any idea what that could be or how I can fix that ?

It could be one of 4 things:

The engine, here is the service bulletin: https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/20...58280-5480.pdf

The TurboCharger, here is the service bulletin: https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/20...58542-9452.pdf

The Heatshield here is the service bulletin: https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/20...58526-5771.pdf

The Throttle Valve Actuator/Oxygen sensor here is the service bulletin: https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/20...58548-5032.pdf

Thanks llh27, so recently I took it to the dealer for the 5/6th time I forget now lol. Also printed out your reports. They said everything looks good, no issue from any parts or the above mentioned things.
They do continue to acknowledge the vibrating noise from the hood, so it's not my imagination . But this time they inserted a foam in that sensor, which has the plastic moving and it seems to have helped a little bit but still there.
So last time in end of march when I took it they said the same thing, but we decided that I'll try to live with it since no major parts seem damaged or out of place etc . But as it got warmer outside the vibrating noise could be heard even when I had music at decent volume in the cabin. So I took it in may 3rd just got it back yesterday the 15th. So far it's audible but definitely not as much but the temperature has also not been as high. So let's hope for the best. Once again thank man. I'll post a picture of what they did soon.
    Once again appreciate everyone help.

Ohh and they also said they heard it in other 45's and 250's they've had, but oddly not many people here have acknowledged that claim, apart from a few who had a problem w the two bolts where the turbo sits.

You are kidding me?! MickeyMouseBenz of Disneyland is your dealer now??
    😋😜
Guess theres not much difference between a bandaid and a cure in fairytale land .....
And btw if the vibration is associated with a connector that will yield electrical line noise in that particular sensors signal levels sooner or later and I doubt the system can adapt to or correct for that (considering all the sensor related horror stories reported)
