    Mercedes and Infiniti

    It appears that an Infiniti QX30 is actually a GLA, but costs less with a better warranty. Given the fact that the CLA and the GLA are mechanically the same, it might be a good idea to cross shop for parts at the Infiniti dealer. Could save you a few bucks.

    Yeah theres a benz and infiniti dealer on the same street so test drove both same day when the 30 came out a while back
    The primary mechanics and chassis are the same so maybe some service parts prices may differ gotta run some online reviews

    On a separate note ...
    Cant believe that heavy rear hatch is manual good grief ... cheap cost cut move
    They did use the 45 shifter instead of the column stalk ... too bad they didnt keep the 45 engine
    The drive and suspension characteristics are totally different ... they really wanted to be different from the gla and it shows in more bad ways than good

    My wife got a used 2017 QX30 last year. I've read various articles that the model is being discontinued, due to poor sales. It feels
    like home when I drive it, for some reason. It did take the Infiniti dealership two weeks to get the key copied (the dealership we bought
    it from had one key, and wouldn't pay to copy it), as it's a Mercedes key. They gave us a nice discount on doing it, which was fine.
    Nice car. Some people have experienced issues. It depends on the model as to whether the hatch is manual or not. Ours is. Not a bid deal.

    After the railroad grade super duper firm ride in our CLAs the QX30 ride was soft and smooth
    As for sales well we could have bought a QX50 for just a tad more so technically not much bang for the buck and thus not surprised they may kill it off
    But that CVT in the 50 sucked ass big time ... what a waste of an otherwise good motor
    Good thing about having your 250 and 30 ... will always have a “same” spare car or a spare part
