I just bought a 2018 CLA 250 6 weeks ago. Before I drove it off the lot, the salesperson and I made sure the Android Auto feature worked with my LG phone. It worked with no problems until 4 weeks later the Android Auto USB port stops connecting and charging my phone. I took it in for service and they replaced the electronic interface, or "face connector" and upgraded the software. My car will no longer recognize Android OS phones that are plugged into the Auto Play USB port. It did recognize the service person's iPhone, however. The dealership keeps telling me there is something wrong with my phone, but it will not connect to ANY of mine or my friend's Androids.

Does anyone have any experience with this issue?
