Got a new one for you all to chuckle about ... ... just driving along nice warm
clear day ... and boom!! Just installed these 12mo ago too. Geewhiz. Hope it is
just a loose wire at the receiver ... hate to open up that wheel.

Ha ha ha how funny
But then dont laugh ... gonna wait till things settle and reactivate that sensor with a 50psi wake up call ... see if that does anything

you're gonna love this ...
so i punched the rear tires up to ~45psi to "wake up" the sensors, and swapped LR <-> RR
poor system had to work for 30 darn minutes to finally "relearn" that i swapped tire positions
which means the receiver is still trying to do its job
though it looks like the RR "antenna" is acting up
cuz the display still shows the RR is missing despite the wheel swap
good grief ... now i have to find a replacement tpms receiver box

fancy replacing and relearning the tpms ecu ... thats high pressure work

oh yes folks DONT FREAK ... have to punch pressure up to >3bar to wake up the sleepy sensors
gee now will have to go back to the drawing board and find some decent aftermarket units ... these
"cheap" ones lasted like 1 year? good grief.
fyi - its either the schrader 20213 or 28214 ... the sealed lid on the 20213 variant didnt work out this
last round ... guess will give the 28214 fully potted units a try ... think rock has them ~$25
