Hi guys I have a CLA45 and have apple
Car play which has always worked
Fine. I bought the Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max since I bought the new phone car play won’t work at all! I have called Apple they advise to speak to Mercedes. So I called them and MERC can’t do anything ?? Has anyone had this or Got a fix ? I’m guessing phone is to new for the software.

weird, I purchased the same phone and mine transitioned well, absolutely no dramas on my end.

I hope you find a solution.

Hey guys tried other
Cable and still nothing , my iPhone 8 works fine 😭 any other suggestions?

Yeah I think I’ll try and reset the phone. Is there a setting that says USB enabled ? Thanks for all the help

Okay guys figured out a fix for this. it’s very common and a lot of people with iPhone 11 have this issue. With the new iPhone it comes with a new style of cable and you have to use this cable not just the normal cable for all other iPhones. Problem is the new cable needs to be converted to have the USB end so just have to buy an adapter from J CAR it’s called a male to female converter and boom you are good to go!
