Battery it's not charging! should I replace the Alternator? (2014 CLA250)

I get the message "See Operator's Manual" and then the center screen turns off.
I checked the voltage when the engine is running and it reads 11.3 v
I replaced the battery about 4 month ago.

Thank you in advance.

Derick,
Your battery is warrantied - consider test & replace if necessary.
Did you change both batteries at same time?
Suggest you check for codes as your next step.

I got the same message and am waiting on the alternator to show up. I have a new battery and new aux and have virtually the same reading as you for charging. I will report back to see if the alternator resolves the issue. I ordered the part from fcp for half the price of the dealership.

Derick, Nice wheels and great front door to your pad!👍
Thank you, outside it's all OEM besides the spoilers and tint.
I wish that was my house I only did a small photoshoot of the house and I though of a photo opportunity..

As commented was the aux batt replaced?
Also a new main batt may not hold charge if the plates werent maintained during presale storage
Definitely have autozone or somebody test the main batt first under its warranty (away from the car)
