Bluetooth phone connected but no sound on phone calls.all other audio works through Bluetooth except phone calls. I tried other phones and the same problem. Any advice please

think there is a separate volume setting for calls somewhere in the menus?

no luck with punching up the volume using the controls?

I tried all the volume controls. It was working perfectly, then sound on calls just stopped last week

Is it a new car? If still under warranty (but perhaps even if not) take it in to the nearest MB dealership and ask them to take a look. Given that everything else is working it doesn't sound like anything is 'broken' as such, however, without knowing what year/model you have it makes it difficult as the systems have changed a lot over the past few years.

I think the software on the infosystem needs a reboot and/or update.

Shot in the dark but try to call someone from your phone and while you know its ringing turn the volume up in the car with the phone paired and see if that affects the sound?
