I'm new to forum in Melbourne Australia looking forward to test driving the CLA 45 when it arrives here ?early 2014.
Despite the impressive power/torque figures, I'm sure I'll be a little disappointed compared to my " modified" BM135. With Procede ECU, high flow downpipes, larger intercooler etc my BM makes about 240 KW on dyno(= about 300KW or 400HP at the engine). I guess that trying to get this sort of power out of the Merc will asking for trouble( having played with an old 2 litre WRX making that amount of power on club track days ! ).
But my boy racer days are coming to an end so I'm keen to test the comfort & luxury of a sporty Merc while I can still afford it.
