Anything that looks this good is going to have to be pretty special to live up to the promise of its styling. Sadly the CLA doesn't; it's neither engaging nor exciting, being largely competent rather than exceptional.

They tested the 1.6 L engine with manual transmission. In the states, we'll get the 2.0 L engine with automatic transmission. It should be different driving dynamics.
