Interesting point. I don't recall whether they've incorporated start-stop into the AMG model either. I have to believe that feature would be useful for improving fuel efficiency in a high performance engine. I'm also not a big fan of it in the cars I've driven in. Maybe it just takes time to get used to but I find it disconcerting when the engine stops.

The start-stop was kind of weird in the 3 series. But I've also not ever been in a car that did that. I think I'd not even think about it after a few times.
Could be handy sitting on the bayway if it isn't boiling hot out....

Haha. Think you would then be cooling on pure battery power like the Tesla.

If the start stop is seamless, it would be fine but everyone says it is still noticeable.
