CLA 250 Screen not working.

Hello everyone, I have a 2016 Mercedes Benz CLA 250 4Matic. My command screen is stuck on the home screen Warning - & there’s a lot of static when I turn up the volume button. It keeps showing up this message. I Need some extreme HELP! I’ve took out the fuses unhooked both the aux battery & main battery still nothing! Is anyone familiar with this message or how I can get back to my screen for Radio, Navigation etc?! I am trying to avoid going to the dealer & paying out extra money for something I could’ve done myself.

Not sure if this will work on your ntg5xx
Though maybe try a reset ... with the funny screen displayed hold the power button in say 15sec until it shuts down and reboots

Thanks I’ve tried that. Do you have anymore suggestions besides the dealer? That is my last result.

could try taking the battery off for a couple of hours as a last ditch attempt
