Hi my Piano black door trims are fading
Has anyone had this problem.
Can i repair them or do I need to replace the lot .

Is the colour fading or it's just scuffed up from daily use? There is a difference.

If it's the former, replace them.

If it's the latter, just take an orbital polisher with a small diameter waxing pad, and use a plastic polish. It will look like new again.

I bought a bottle of Mcguires dash and plastic trim restorer .
And it has brought back life to them .
I won’t say 100% but it’s its almost there.
I’ll see how long it lasts

But that's for plastics being restored to black, not the same as restoring a shiny polished piano black trim. You need a plastic polish to remove the dullness in the shine for these trims.
