I recently bought my CLA at a used car dealer I've only had it for one month and it is overheating.
The weird part about it is that it cools down when I rev up the engine, I already did a air lock bleed because I changed the reservoir because it had a crack in it but nothing seemed to help the car still overheats but I have to come to a stop and rev it up and it cools down, if I keep the car revved up it'll stay at a normal temperature but as soon as I start driving it heats up what could it be?
Thermostat ... So I got an estimate it was $720 to fix parts and labor so o just bought one and did it my self just waiting on the thermostat to come in the mail.
Nope I just filled the expansion tank half way turned the car on let it runs for 10min. Then I poured the rest and squeezed the top rad hose till bubbles stopped really only twice then it was ok she's running great
Interesting ... dont hear it (in acc mode dead silent garage)
Should notice it especially since its probably part of the eco thing for thermal management at static etc etc
Now i gotta dress up like a grease monkey ... [emoji4]
