I ordered it last month. I'm in the GTA. Mine was the first order for the dealership so they were pretty confident that I would get it based on allocation. The lease on my current vehicle is up in may so I won't take delivery of it till then but supposed to arrive in feb, I'm told. I'm not 100% sure on this car...also looking at Maserati Ghibli and 435i Bmw....

I went to dealer in DT Toronto
He said for E1 each dealer will only get 1 car. So all of in Canada will get only 50 of E1 and don't know when it will arrive
For 45 they will get it in the showroom sometime early November

I find the CAD price here on mercedescla.org and there are the same as they are in my dealer system, my salesman check it:

In the web configurator, CLA 45 AMG Edition 1 is 65 900$.
But in the price list, CLA 45 AMG Edition 1 is supposed to be 49 800$ + 11 000$ = 60 800$
My price at the dealer for my order, signed by the Salesman and me for my CLA 45 AMG Edition 1 is 49 800$ + 11 000$ (ED1) + 450$ (AMG performance exhaust) = 61 250$.
For your info, when I configure the same exact car that Edition 1 is, the price is 65 070$.
In my case, I saved 3 820$ to have red accents, stripes, spoiler and badge

The Edition 1 pkg can only be ordered with MPP (Premium Pkg) $3000 and MXP(Exclusive PKG) $2100
so the total would be $49800+$3000+$2100+$11000 = $65900 exactly as shown on MB.ca
Then you can build the same equipped car with about $2000 less.
But if you already signed a deal with much less, then go with it, I think that would be a bargain for a ED1 at $61250
First, sorry if my English is not perfect, it's not my primary language...
Now, went I went to the dealer, I had in hand the price of the web site configurator for de ED1 with P. Exhaust, 66 350$.
I had also the price list that I posted earlier here...I asked to the sales person:
"Why in the list the price for the Edition 1 is 11 000$ and on the web site it's 16 100 $ ?"
He answer me:
"There is often errors on the web site".
I don't ask more, he made the offer and we signed it.
At the end, he gave me some documents and among it, there is one call "Product Management - 2014 CLA". In this document, it's clearly indicate what you told about the packages:
When I was in my home, I read this and I understand where is the difference between the web site and my dealer...he don't add the 2 packages required with ED1...and he told me several times that, at the devivery, they can't sold me the car for more...only for less...

I think it's not to me to know this...the dealer must know how order the car they sold !
Eventualy, they will realize about their mistake...we talk about 5 100$ ! I can't wait to see how they will try to exit of that...
And a little detail in extra:
The real cost for the Edition 1 add on is 1 280$...I made the calculation. the thing that you don't include is the Night package at 750$. It's not selectable on the configurator but it's included in Edition 1.
