Just finished with my sales manager.

Apparently the first customer cars will arrive in aus in December this year with the build date in OCT.

Let me know if you have any other informartion.

Just spent over an hour with the sales manager of my dealership. Great guy and lots of positive info

Wish it was here earlier but its going to be worth the wait.

Apparently a demo late sept and a demo for a45 next month which is exciting

Which dealer told you that? I'm going to call my dealer tomorrow. On my paperwork the delivery date is 31 October ?

Hi mate. I don't want to get in trouble. Maybe just call your dealer and say you heard from another buyer. I was very upset but. I was hoping for oct 1 but he is a very good and decent bloke and I trust him and he says first build dates are oct for dec delivery.

Please let me know if you hear anything different??

just finalised my order, black wheels, carbon fibre trim $100k, wouldn't discount anymore (even with corp), dealer delivery came in at $4k (down from $5k apparently) but it's been allocated a aug build date already so i'll get it in oct.

Just spoke to my dealer.
I put down a deposit in early June and was told at the time I should expect a December delivery.
What he said today was they expect it will be late Dec/early Jan delivery for me. While they have placed all the orders for those who have put deposits down the stock has not yet been allocated to them in the system. He said they expected the stock to be allocated (which sounded like it was done from Germany) in the next week or two, at which point I would have a build date and a firmer delivery date.

Hey guys iv also placed an order down and I asked about all the extras carbon fibre exterior and seats ect my dealer said it was all Included but wasn't confident I have a great relationship with my dealer
But I'm worried these were extras that he wasn't to sure about and they would only be available next year iv been allocated delivery in oct

Hi mate. There is no exterior carbon package. Only interior. The recaro seats come stock.

We are all just co conscious now on dates.

See if you can get from your dealer a build and delivery date in writing?

I have been first in line at one of Sydney's big dealerships and they are saying nov/dec. I want oct but don't think any customer cars are here for oct?

I concur. Originally advised Sept/Oct delivery. Now Oct build with Dec delivery.

Early June . Was advised one of the early deposits. A mate placed a deposit with another dealer 2 weeks later and has recently been told "definitely" October (late) delivery.......hoping my Oct build won't blow out to Jan delivery.

auscla45 - dealer delivery with corporate program is $1600 AUD on CLA45/A45 and possibly others. Not sure why yours was $4k?

Well, look at it this way, in 3 years time or whenever you come to trade/sell, nobody will care that you got it slightly earlier and give you any more for it. It's money down the drain and on principle alone, I would not give the dealer the satisfaction. But hey, if you really want the car and it will come in Oct, then perhaps that is worth it to you.

Unfortunately I'm unable to contact the dealer due to personal circumstances, so I'm just going to move on, there's not much i can do now.
