Both are pretty much the same and related to each other. Can someone please explain the difference between KEYLESS GO and KEYLESS START? The description offered by MB suggests an overlap between the two:
A leap in ease and efficiency pioneered by Mercedes-Benz, KEYLESS-GO® lets you unlock, start and drive away without removing the SmartKey from your pocket or purse. You can lock and unlock the doors with a touch of the exterior handles, and start the engine by stepping on the brake pedal and pushing the Start/Stop button on the dashboard. You can also start the vehicle in the conventional way by removing the Start/Stop button and inserting the SmartKey into the ignition.
Go let's you get into the car without taking the key fob out of your pocket. Start lets you start the engine by pushing a button, again, with the key fob in your pocket. The MB terminology leaves a lot to be desired. Both are pretty much the same and related to each other.
WOW REALLYHey, guys. Since the 2015 CLA250 is coming, I am a little curious about the differences of CLA250 between 2014 and 2015. I mean, what standard equipments are updated for the 2015 model? Because the price increases $1600 in United States. I only notice that the keyless entrance and 12 back light colors are new functions, so what else? Thanks.??
