Just got my CLA 250 yesturday, what a car, its realy awsome! And its realy big, in pictures its seems small but dont forget its longer the the c-class!

One big error was that the factory forgot to install memory and electric on the passanger seat, wonder how my dealer will solve this problem?!

The AMG split 5 spoke rims set it off! I will opt for those over the multi-spoke.

I took all the options that was available here, rims are the classic ones but with black shade instead of gray. And the interior is black leather with red cut.

Were you able to order the rims with the black shades instead of the gray? I ordered the exact same car and want the same rims you got. Due to the backlog in panoramic sunroof orders I won't get mine until Nov/Dec.

Nbert, Congratualtions on your new car. I can just imagine how happy you must be. For trhose of us that have not had a chance to drive yet this car, would you mind commentiong out on the following questions? (looks liek you have all the options?):

1) How responsive is the engine?, when I drove a C250 (1.8 lt I thing), I found the car did not respond until I floored the accelarator, was not too impresed with it
2) How about the sound system?, for me this is a very important deciding factor, I have in my car right now the Harman Kardon 600 wats, and is great!!!
, I belive the CLA also has HK but probably less power?....
3) How about the nav system?, were you able to use it without too much problems?, the one I have with my BMW 535i is hopeless, I ended up not using it anymore
4) How well is the voice command system?

Yes, I had my car for 3 months now or so, and yes its Sweden.

About your questions, well..

1. The responsive on the engine is pretty nice, but as you say im not so impressed as I would like, its a lot better in Race mode then in Normal Eco mode. But still this is also a little missleaded by the engine sound. I had a bmw before and when I floored it the engine sounded but in the c250 you almost dont hear the rev of the engine and that why you may feel it slower, not sure.

2. The HK sound system is nice, but to be frank after listening a lot to it, Im not so so impressed by it, it works well but maybe not worth the extra money that is costs, today I would not order it.

3. I dont have the big board navigation called COMMAND in my, I only have the Becker one and its a lot worse then my BMW, but I also had the Command system in my bmw. Not sure if its the same navigation in the mercedes command and the becker, maybe someone else know the this?

4. I dont have the Command system so cannot use the voice for the car beside the navigation but there is no Swedish for it yet so its like out of work.

In all I like the car etc, the look is unique on the road, I only seen one cla on the road so far and it was a german imported one. I would definitely buy the car again if someone would ask me this today.

Nbert, thank you for taking the time to respond, I will have to wait (patiently) until this car arrives to my dealer on Spet 23 to be able to test it first hand. I am surprised and sad to learn that the HK is not that great, because the one I have in my BMW (600 watt version), is the best I have heard so far, in my opinion is in the same league as the Bang and Olefsun from Audi or Levinson from Lexus. One more question if I may, whe you tested this car, did you try it with the 17" rim ?, if so, how does it compare the ride comfort versus the 18" rim you have, the concerns I have with RFT are not only that they are prone to get damaged if you hit a pothole hard enough, but also that you feel every crack on the road.......so, in summary, did you find a major difference in the ride between the two tires?....
p.s. Hard to believe that there is something that is worst than BMW's nav (COMMAND) system, for sure the German cars are behind than the Japanese in this category.
