That would be too high. That's C-Class range here in Canada.60K is my guess with the AMG pushing a little over 80K
Agreed, if they really want to make a splash, they should launch it at 30k, but that probably won't happen.Fully loaded they need to be right at the $50k mark... If you are talking base price I honestly think $35k needs to be the starting point.
AMG, hard to say at this point.
With inflation the way it is, and seeing how a ton of cars out there are way higher then I would assume they would be, if they can get it at the $35k mark I'll be impressed.Agreed, if they really want to make a splash, they should launch it at 30k, but that probably won't happen.
A lot of car for that price. That would be pretty awesome and I think you may be right on targetWith inflation the way it is, and seeing how a ton of cars out there are way higher then I would assume they would be, if they can get it at the $35k mark I'll be impressed.
Keeping my fingers crossedA lot of car for that price. That would be pretty awesome and I think you may be right on target
Now that my Canadian dollar is on par with the US dollar, I'm hoping we don't get screwed on the price and it's not 5K more.A lot of car for that price. That would be pretty awesome and I think you may be right on target
at the rate we are going the Canadian dollar will be worth moreNow that my Canadian dollar is on par with the US dollar, I'm hoping we don't get screwed on the price and it's not 5K more.
It was for awhile, but not by much. Most companies have placed the same products that are available in both Canada and the US at the same price, but there are a few who still charge us more, books being one the biggest ripoffs.at the rate we are going the Canadian dollar will be worth moreI kid I kid.....sorta

I saw that but I wonder how much of that is just speculation and how much is based on them doing some research or hearing something from an MB employee.Autoblog is estimating the base price will fall near $30,000
"And with pricing expected to fall around $30,000, that might not be too far-fetched of a thought."
2014 Mercedes-Benz CLA-Class is dressed to impress
The BMW 1 Series coupe is $36k here in Canada. If Mercedes is looking to compete with it they need to do one of three things:I saw that but I wonder how much of that is just speculation and how much is based on them doing some research or hearing something from an MB employee.
If they are right, I'll be super stoked. I just hope we aren't looking at a car that is $40k + as far as base price.
