I join this forum to learn more about The CLA 250. I am a Senior Citizen, and think the CLA 250 is a very good looking car. I drive a 2009 Volkswagen CC, which I like very much, (so much fun to drive) and the first German car for me. Sport Model with 2.O inline 4 with turbo. Total list price of $29,325.00.

Would like to see a road test of the new VW CC with the new MB CLA 250, both have the 2.O inline 4 with turbo. I only have about 25,000 miles on it. Would like to trade up to the base MB CLA 250, if the price is not to much over $32.000.

I Will look forward to reading all messages on this fourm. Jim Rice

Hello Jim, welcome to the site. I also look forward to some road tests from independent sources but I believe we won't be seeing those for another month or two. The Volkswagen CC is a great looking car, no doubt. However, I do agree that it is not in the same league as the CLA.

We should have more pictures, videos and pricing information over the course of the next couple of weeks. In the mean time, enjoy the site and thank you for being a member here.

Yo yo yo. I just signed up and was contemplating purchasing a BMW 328ix for a long time. I found out about the CLA recently and am considering that vehicle now. The BMW would be faster and probably better to drive, but from the outside its looks "blah" and unfortunately designed by committee. The Mercedes, on the other hand, looks like it was styled more by an renaissance artist such as Leonardo Di Vinci.

welcome to our group here JoeyO... and yes the designers of the CLA also had something to do with the big brother CLS but i think they forgot to incorporate the monitor into the dash... anyways, maybe the future model will do that and they will have Leonardos help... lol

...have a look at this beautiful Silver CLA
