Nope your the first I have seen ,maybe just unlucky to get a duff strut out of the box
New Suspension on 2021 CLA250e
Issue on my CLA250e . Slight knocking from the front end , noticed after first service . Two trips to the dealership and they have now ordered new shock absorbers plus several other components. Yes the potholes are bad but I’m very careful, just under 10k on the clock . Anyone else had issues ?

That’s what I was thinking really, all manufacturers have parts fail , it’s just a little disappointing and unexpected.
Well my front radar broke and took 14 weeks for replacement part to arrive and wasn't aloud my car back as it disabled all the active brake assist so your not to badly off , just thinks its underwarranty no harm done, make sure they give you a descent loaner, had new e class convertible so wasn't all bad

Not impressed with the dealer so far , on collection for service they had an accident in my car on the way back . Didn’t tell me until they brought the car back to me . It went away for two weeks for repairs and now this . I’ll end up with an A Class for sure .Sorry
Shame the dealer sounds bad, no others local you
It’s a big dealer and the closest, not sure I’ll be going back again after this . 3 Days to get the parts but no courtesy car until the second week in June .Shame the dealer sounds bad, no others local you
