Hi guys im new to this page and forums but i need some help!

Ive had my 2014 cla220 for just over 7 months and its on 85k miles, recently i drove it around doing shopping ect and i was unable to change into sport or M mode and then realised that the acceleration is very laggy not like it was before which made me notice the problem. Theres no engine management light on and theres no codes on my OBD reader. Is there anyone who can give me some advice on this?

Your DCT probably need a transmission software update. It's probably a software glitch that is causing the system to not switch modes, and also going into a quasi limp mode.

With electronics issues, nothing much anyone here can do with suggestions except to bring it to the dealership service dept or a local mechanic shop specializing in German cars (hence probably have the proper electronic tuning devices).
