So my 2015 CLA 4matic check engine light came on with and after running a diagnostic the following codes P2237-85 O2 sensor bank 1. And I did some research if it is a DIY issue and not sure if it’s the downstream or the upstream and if I can get the part and replace it myself, and if anyone here has faced same issue any contributions whatsoever is much appreciated,

If its gonna be diy labor sure dont want to do it again so i would just replace both and move on rather than wait for the other one to go
But better make sure it really is the sensor and not bad connector failing wire loose gasket etc

Thanks for the info, update, I took it to autozone to confirm and purchase parts and on arriving the check engine lights went off, so I am not sure if it’s a good thing or not

Youre gonna have to trace and separate the sensor harness connector anyway if you indeed replace so might as well practice now on the existing sensor
Thats the connector and harness discussed
