i have the standard audio package that comes with the CLA
the rear door speaker (just behind me) is kind of having a lot of distortion
even at very low volume and almost no base
i have an appointment with the dealer this week to have a look
should be within the warranty..

I have the Premium Sound and my goodness.... anyway my driver's door seems to have the same problem. After close inspection it seems like it's in the outside bottom corner between the actual fram of the door and the interior.

My passanger door also has it, but I have the HG soundsystem, will make an appointment later this week.

It was probably on a crappy radio station. Ask anyone here with the premium package ...It's definitely one of the top sound systems I've ever experienced and if you set the settings just right ...eargasm for sure. Anyway I think it's a little too powerful as I mentioned before I've also left an appointment for them to take a look at that door.

Use an iPod and not radio. The HK is a great sound system.

The other thing you could be experiencing with radio is the switch from SD to HD... it's not a smooth transition :wink:
