Anyone know the expected production numbers non AMG, FWD?

Lots. They are building 10000 CLA45 AMG for 2014. I am guessing at least 10x that in standard CLA.

Don't laugh. So many were destroyed by gas tank fire and other natural and un-natural causes the Ford Pinto has become a rarity. Don't believe me - just try to find a good 1970 example.

if you guys can do an ECU flash and upgraded turbo kit, that would be great. I know this 2.0T motor will have potential. I am assuming stuff from the 2.0T AMG will swap over considering they are the same basis.

Tuning would definitely be great, an upgraded turbo tho, that would probably be the last thing we would develop. When a car is already turbo, your best bet is the bolt ons (intake, exhaust, intercooler) and then tune before you even think about upgrading the turbo. But I feel ya and if we do move into this platform I would expect us to do a whole line of parts to start you guys off and to be there when the bigger moves are needed

ah okay...well hopefully something from the AMG can swap over. Yeah i wouldnt really tinker with the engine untill the warrenty is up either, but the Brabus parts do keep the warrenty intact, even though its pricey.

Exactly why we will start with the small bolts ons and then move to the bigger power adders as time (and warranty) goes by.
