Sometimes they are very hard to pull but this is way, just pull harder 🫤
Radio removal
Hi all,
So I’m trying to remove the radio so I can add a converter so I can add a amplifier,
I’ve put in a rod in the vents in the centre of the dash but they just won’t pull out!
the silver dash trim seems to move more than anything,
I dont want to break any, any ideas??

Put your feet on the dash on use your 2 hand to pull.. haha that's what a did..
yeah i thought my vents were never coming off either … though a bit more deliberate and forceful effort does indeed take them out
You are using the vent remover tool, with the bend at the end to hook into the side of the vent, right? You must use that tool! Then, once you're sure you hooked that into the side, put your hand onto that face piece of the dash to brace it and pull like hell on the handle of the tool. It will eventually pop out.
