Seeking Input: Oil Leak After DIY Oil Change

I recently discovered a minor oil leak after performing a DIY oil change. Interestingly, despite the leak, the engine oil level remains stable and unaffected. Surprisingly, there were no stains in the garage before this week, leading me to suspect that the leak is coming from the oil filter. I believe a gasket expansion on one side may be the cause (image).
I purchased a new Maan oil filter, gaskets, but I find it strange that the leak started weeks after the oil change on April 23rd.
I plan to lift up my car and inspect it from the bottom. However, I wanted to seek your input and see if anyone has encountered a similar issue before attempting any repairs.
