Took the car in for Service A+ this saturday... also requested they update any and all software that has a newer version...

Got the car back a few hours later... no newer versions for any software supposedly....

Same here. Had Service A last week Monday and there were no software updates.

Did you request it as well or did they automatically check for you?

Service A done 1-2 months ago, I specifically asked the service advisor, and he said no updates after the did some checking.

As for updating the software, I hadn't even thought about it before. I was surprised that my app stopped working well, so I immediately turned to the dedicated development team to fix this problem. It turned out that the problem was just in the update. In general, I advise you to keep an eye on it, because it is better to update the software on time so that it doesn't take you by surprise.
