Can you guys provide some feedback as to why you went with CLA45? Just curious. I have seen quotes for both A45 and CLA45. The CLA45 is approx $13k AUD more on the road with similar options. Understand it is a coupe/sedan (and with limited rear headroom) but I'm having trouble justifying the price difference for essentially a bigger boot and slightly different styling.

There are also differences in the elasto kinematics fore and aft of the suspension and possibly other changes from the A45 (and who knows if this means it is better or not on Australian roads). Did you not like the A45? And how did you order black seat belts? I don't see that on the spec sheet. Thanks.

I am driving a C250. It's mentally wrong to go back to a hatch car (this is a pure personal view).

Black seat belt is a No Cost Option.

Hi Wizard.
I wanted the bigger boot space which CLA offers. Unfortunately there is also less rear headroom for CLA45 compared to A45, but that was an acceptable trade-off for me. More annoying are initial reports of a slight performance hit for the 'coupe'. My main motivation, however, is that I just think the CLA looks better.

Hi Wizard. For me it's just a matter of personal taste. I have always liked the look of sedans and the look of the CLA just appeals to me more ?

Likewise, I prefer the CLA styling. If I'm paying close to $100k for the "AMG" badge, I'd like it to be on a coupe rather than a hatch. I've heard all great things regarding the handling of the A45 over the CLA, however I'm probably going to do 2-3 track days a year in the car, so it will never be pushed THAT hard. Styling is the main reason.

I won't go into it here but after being a customer of Marshalls since 1999 I was disappointed at how I was treated towards the end. My issues were with management but it's ok. I'm with MBSydney now and couldn't be happier

Hi, I've just ordered CLA45 AMG, cirrus white, 19" black rims, red belts optioned out - $95k driveaway, expected October delivery. Just wondering if anyone has received a sub $95k deal along with the corporate programme ie 3 years free servicing? Also, on a different matter - will Android smartphones be compatible as all I'm reading seems to lean towards iphone compatibility? Cheers.
