In the CLA45 Dealer Order Guide version 1.0 (USA) there are several options that are listed as "TBA" pricing. Now that we're placing orders and getting some pricing details from the dealers, let's fill in the blanks. This will help others that are using the guide to select their options and calculate the total price.

List of options shown as "TBA" pricing:

811 Black "Red Cut" Leather Interior - price now confirmed $1500
555+811 Black "Red Cut" Leather AMG Performance Seats - PRICE UNKNOWN
120vgc AMG Illuminated Door Sills - price confirmed for CLA250 at $700, not yet available in MB ordering system for CLA45
281 AMG Performance Steering Wheel - price now confirmed $510

Can anybody help with confirmed prices for the 3 other options? Thanks in advance.

David, Have a feeling no one knows what MB is going to ask for these options in the US. How about ours friends across the pond or in Down Under who have firmer prices than us. Also we may be able to glimpse at the prices by seeing what these options go for in the A45s.

I got a little more information from my local dealer today.

811 Black red cut leather seats = $1500 USD
120vgc Illuminated door sills = not found in the MB CLA45 ordering system

Wait ! This can't be right. The red cut leather seats are $1500 over the $1500 already charged on the leather option ? It must be a NO CHARGE option as the only difference is the color of the stitching. That makes more sense.
So the red cut likely is the same price at the regular black. You just decide if you want red or black stitching on your seats and steering wheel ( they are matching.)

Outsider, option code 811 Black Red Cut Leather interior is $1500. Just like leather interiors 801, 804 and 808 are $1500. It's not $1500 for the Red Cut + $1500 for Leather. It's also not "NO CHARGE", the cost for 811 is $1500.

Your bottom sentences are correct. The Black Red Cut leather is the same price as the Black leather, Nut Brown leather or Ash Grey leather options. You just decide on the single interior option that you want.

When the dealer enters the data into the system it has only been attributing a single $1,500 charge for the Exclusive Package which is automatically included when you order the Leather seats. Well, at least, this has been true of the dealer I've worked with. In other words, the print out doesn't show a grand total of $3,000 in charges ($1,500 for leather + $1,500 for EP). I'm happy they're not charging more for the red cut option since it is my preference....but I wasn't keen on paying extra over the cost of leather for it.

That's exactly what I meant. Red cut is just another finish option that costs no more than standard colors. What I don't understand is why they said price is TBA. That led me to think they want extra money over the standard leather finish. Should have just said $1500 and we wouldn't be guessing...

The "TBA" set my mind to thinking it was going to be a $2000 - $2500 option for the 811 Black Red Cut leather. My jaw dropped when the dealer clicked on option code 811 and the price increased by $1500. I was so surprised, I asked him to remove the option and then add it back again to verify what my eyes were seeing.

I think you may get the carpet with the red border as well with the red cut.

I'm guessing the illuminated sills are going to run about $700 if you can base the pricing on what Mercedes charges for the same sills on the C.

I'm going with Patagonia Red and Night Package on the exterior so I'm thinking that the "Red Cut" on the Black Leather interior will provide nice continuity, and look pretty sweet!

I ordered illuminated sills on my CLA250 and it shows a price of $700.

Strange, when I checked last Saturday, there was still no price for this option for the CLA45.
