Have I maxed out my modifications?

I feel I have reached the performance limits of modifying my CLA and I am looking for ideas on what to do next? If there is a next.

Mods:
CAI
TKS FMIC
TKS Turbo Upgrade
Army catted downpipe with full exhaust
AMR program
Pedal commander

Honestly, until I installed the pedal commander I was a little disappointed about the performance. Now it's really nice but I am always looking for more. The only thing I can think of is either methanol injection or going with a larger turbo.

Any suggestions or am I at the limit without doing serious engine work?

Well , you could always go for the ultimate rush... install NOx tank and get fast/furious ! And double down on that, install in serial, a supercharger in tandem with your turbo. Wait, I don't see that you had installed any upgraded intercooler, add that as well...

If you feel like a fun DIY project, you could build an intercooler water sprayer system. I recall one of the limited edition Subaru STIs had such a system, which allows for cooler charge air temps even over gruelling track day abuse. The STI makes 305-310hp stock but this version was able to make 341 from the factory. Would help maximise gains from the TK FMIC kit, especially on hotter days.

Also, since the car is tuned to be able to run E85, why not try sourcing some as well as finding a tuner who can make you an E85 map? Seems much less complicated than running methanol, even if your fuel economy goes to crap

EDIT: some more info on the Subaru water sprayer: link

Seems to have a larger impact due to the limited ability of small top mount intercoolers, but definitely worth experimentation

Personal opinion, and worth every penny you paid me?

Removing the pedal commander is your cheapest easiest upgrade. That's my education from the track. I'd rather have an analog pedal that gives me some, then more, then more. Rather than a digital pedal that has two settings: "on", and "off".

Also learning from the track, you forgot the three most important performance upgrades that will yield superior performance (on track) far, far before even the first upgrade on your list:

Tires
Brake pads
Sway bars / springs

in that order.

I'd bet good money that with two equal drivers, a stock CLA with those three would run circles around yours on the track, given OEM components

Agreed, except that @Ophydian didn't specify if they were looking for street performance or track performance. Stiffer swaybars are nice until you encounter a one-wheel bump, which would give an unpleasant jolt in an already stiff car. It depends on what it's being used for.

Tires are an excellent upgrade considering how the factory run-flats spoil the ride.

I recently did my brake pads (upgraded to a set of Powerstop Z23 sport pads as well as new aftermarket rotors). Still getting used to the brake feel but definitely an upgrade to consider.

Also I agree throttle response is paramount in turbo cars like ours. The best bang for buck mod I've done is deleting the factory turbo baffle (looks like a pasta strainer between the turbo and charge pipe). Immensely better throttle response as well as quicker boost build-up, even in Eco mode. The TK FMIC kit comes with a billet piece that deletes the turbo muffler but I bought just the muffler delete off a fellow forum user for $60 CAD. Boost comes on as early as 1500rpm which means you don't have to wait for a downshift half the time. Probably no tangible power gain but definitely a quality-of-life improvement

The TKS FMIC already comes with a muffler delete as part of the kit. I didn't feel like splurging on a whole intercooler upgrade just yet, I did the turbo delete. The difference was most apparent at low rpms, where the turbo wasn't spooled yet. Much more throttle response and a "torque-y feel" at low speeds (below 1500rpm)
